As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sharon Eddy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly rate based upon insurance licenses held
- Commission
- Office and Individual bonuses
Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

- Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5pm and the 1st and 2nd Saturday 9am to 1pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
- I am a proud graduate of Penn State University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 49 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
